The Security/Guest Services Guard provides security coverage to the guests, conducts foot, and vehicle patrols. Greets arriving guests, assists with luggage, provides information and hospitality service for guests. They also respond to incidents and requests for assistance.
Our security officers perform patrols of all buildings and grounds, monitor activities and events, and secures doors. They shuttle of guests on the property, communicates with guests and staff via phone, radio, email, and face-to-face. Responds to housekeeping requests and maintenance needs., enforces policies and procedures and assists with emergency situations (i.e. fire alarms).
Not just bodyguards, all of our team members have the experience to ensure immediate assistance with a range of safety and medical emergencies if required.
